Returns

Regular priced items (Online):
- Full refund within 10 days of delivery (unworn, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging with original invoice)
- Exchange or store credit (that never expires) within 30 days of order date (unworn, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging with original invoice)
- Return (for refund) shipping fee applies, deducted from refund amount (Canada: $20, USA: $35, International: $50)
- Duties/Taxes originally charged on USA/International shipments will not be refunded
* Extended Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made inbetween December 3rd, 2024 – December 25th, 2024 can be returned until January 6th, 2025

Promotional priced items (Online):
- Exchange or store credit only, within 10 days of delivery (unworn, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging with original invoice)
- No refunds

In-store purchases:
- Exchange or store credit only within 10 days of purchase (unworn, unwashed, with tags and with original receipt)
- No refunds
- Sale/promotional items and hosiery are final sale
* Extended Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made inbetween December 3rd, 2024 – December 25th, 2024 can be returned until January 6th, 2025

Cannot be returned (Final Sale):
- All OUTLET items
- Hosiery (socks and leggings)
- In-store sale/promotional items (including Black Friday & Boxing Day)

How to return (Online):
- Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) through your account. You'll receive a return label by email
- Return the item(s) in original packaging with original invoice and we’ll contact you as soon as we receive it

How to return (In-store):
- Bring the item(s) with original invoice or gift receipt to a Black Goat Cashmere store
- You can get an exchange or store credit, but refunds are processed online (7-10 business days)
